 CARRIAGE, DELIVERY & RETURNS 

HOW TO BUY

All our sticks range can be ordered on our secure server. We do try to check all the links, products and inventory, but if you have any problems let us know. We deliver your order as soon as possible when in stock.
For UK orders all items are sent by either Evri tracked, or DX 24 secure.
Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Please be aware that due to the current pandemic situation we are working reduced hours and only dispatching Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders will not be processed or despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Overseas orders are sent out by the cheapest carrier available at the time. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any customs and duty charges to overseas orders.

Delivery times are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, however we do our best to deliver all UK orders within 5 days of dispatch. All items are insured so if you have not received your order please contact us

Most sticks come with ferrules fitted and can be cut to length.

Most sticks can be VAT free if you have a medical condition that qualifies for VAT relief. Please request a VAT exemption certificate via email upon ordering. Please be aware this is a legal document and any forged declaration will result in a hefty fine.

PACKING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Folding, telescopic sticks and most accessories have a delivery charge of £3.95 per order. Longer sticks have a delivery charge of £5.99.
Walking straps are sent via 2nd class post £1.00

If you want to guarantee prompt delivery we charge from £17.95 for Special Delivery post or from £30 for longer items.

Overseas orders are sent via the most cost effective method for the item. Please contact us before ordering for a correct postage quote as the prices shown on the website may not be correct for the item and your location.
Worldwide postage costs are fluctuating massively at this present time due to Brexit and other factors. A default postage charge has been set - please contact us for a correct quote before ordering if you would prefer. Any excess postage you may have been charged will be refunded if you have overpaid for postage costs.


The cost of sending longer sticks by courier varies considerably and can be calculated accurately to specific areas if you contact us prior to ordering.

Please note that the below postcodes cannot be sent by DX courier at present and may incur some additional postage fees:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are pleased with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservices@lindenleiure.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, or other suitable packaging and include your order number, name and address details, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Evri is often the cheapest tracked carrier. Please contact us if you need any information on returning your parcel.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

We are unable to accept a return or exchange for products cut below 36” as these are considered bespoke. Therefore, please make sure you are happy with your item before altering the length.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. We must be notified of damages with 5 working days of delivery. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
